Our idea of crappy weather.
Every year the same thing happens. For the span of a few weeks the temperature in San Diego drops to highs of 60 degrees and lows of 50 degrees and the entire city begins to complain about the weather. I hear all types of groans from “This isn’t supposed to happen, this is San Diego not New York” to “I moved to here for the good weather, I should have just stayed where I was.”
The truth is while San Diegans are bundled up, sipping their lattes near a fire pit at the beach whining about the overcast, some guy in Green Bay, Wisconsin is trapped in his house by a snow storm, and is considering eating his dog to survive.
So stop badmouthing our climate! We need a few drops of rain. And while it may be 60 degrees today, just thank your lucky stars that you’re not in one of these stinkholes:

Actually it is -19 near LaCrosse….-45 with windchill,
but the sun makes it feel like it is only -25….
yah…dem northerners are a tough bunch…but we wouldn’t eat our dogs…
we like dem squirrels on the barbie instead! Cripes yah….
