Its not that its a whole buch of gang related.I have lived in poway my whole life which is near 4s,I have aslo had been involved in a gang around here….I have been out of it for over a year and now live in sacramento…..but what I feel about this is that honestly the police need to take more of a charge. And I don’t know how else to say it but stake out the area and eveyone knows thay are doing illeagl activities and bust them like that, and make the community how it use to be.
